Technical requirements:
Gas cylinders shall comply with GB5099 "Seamless Steel Gas Cylinders" and "Gas Cylinder Safety Supervision Regulations"; The material of the bottle body is made of 37Mn seamless steel pipe, and the external and internal surface quality shall not be lower than the requirements of GB18248. The bottle body shall be subjected to water pressure test one by one in accordance with the provisions of GB/T9251 "Water Pressure Test Method for Gas Cylinders", with a test pressure of 22.5MPa and a holding time of not less than 1 minute. It is qualified if there is no leakage. After the airtightness test, the inner surface of the bottle should be dried and sealed. Defects such as heavy waste, dents, cracks, etc. that affect the strength are not allowed on the inner and outer surfaces of the bottle. The tooth shape, size, and tolerance of the internal thread of the cylinder body should comply with the requirements of GB8335 "Special Thread for Gas Cylinders" standard, and the turning change should be checked with a standard thread gauge to be+1.5mm.
